The Anderson County LEPC will meet December 2, 2008 at the Apple Blossom Cafe in Clinton, Tennessee. The public is invited to attend.

Letters have been mailed to the Anderson County industrial facilities that store more than the EPCRA threshold quantity of chemicals to submit a Tier II Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Form to Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, Anderson County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC), and the local fire department.

Also, in accordance with TN Public Acts Chapter 185 (House Bill 716) each Anderson County industrial facility that submits a Tier II Report is required to pay $100 to the Anderson County LEPC. Both the Tier II Report and fee are due by March 1, 2008.
